Day 66-77

Day 77

Double numbers! What a perfect representation of my alignment, and a perfect day to come back and post an update on my 100 day journey.

Every day I feel like I’m releasing lifetimes of baggage. I feel more alive, more free, more limitless, more creative, more joyful and more playful than really I think I’ve ever been.

I love this perspective and more so than doing the “work” because I feel like I need the physical manifestation in my life, it’s really become for the fun of playing with the energy, especially Knowing that anything, absolutely anything is possible.

I feel inspired to test the “limits” of that idea and offer myself as an example of that Truth (and I say limits in quotes because, of course, there really are no limits except those we create for ourselves. And I capitalize Truth because it’s the absolute Truth of Who I Am, not because it has to be that for anyone else.).

RESULTS

* After a few weeks of intermittent brainstorming, I’ve come up with the name of my new blog—a name that perfectly represents my POV and a blog that will serve as the backdrop for the book I’m writing and other spiritually oriented projects that have been coming to me.

* Other spiritually oriented projects have been coming to me with increased clarity—a course or program of sorts, videos, etc. to assist others in awakening to their sovereignty and freedom.

* The book is fleshing out nicely, with no real effort or focus at all on my part; aspects of it will just pop into my head and I jot them down for when I am ready to sit down and put it all together. I like approaching it this way, it feels easy and effortless, no pressure whatsoever.

* The name and logo have come to me for the other website I’m developing, which will showcase my creative endeavors. Not that writing and being spiritual (or really, existing itself) isn’t creative, but this site is geared more toward music, short films, and anything else that comes to me along the way.

* Major shifting in consciousness regarding money—so much so that I really don’t feel like I need to “work” on that anymore. So, I’m turning my attention to the body goals I have, and have extended my challenge to October 19 which gives me exactly 12 weeks (from the day I set this intention) to line up with the version of my body that I prefer.

No small feat, by any means, but those that have seen my recent status updates know that I am up for the challenge. And by challenge, I don’t mean starving myself and working out for hours a day, because that doesn’t feel like my highest excitement (although if it’s someone else’s, that’s wonderful).

What does feel like my highest excitement is releasing all the limiting beliefs I’ve acquired over the years about rapid weight loss, health, eating, metabolism, etc. etc. etc., while instilling beliefs about my body and the process in general that complement my core beliefs about creation and reality itself.

It all goes back to what I mentioned above about testing the limits of what we believe is possible. I’m not approaching this from a perspective of “Oh my God, I have to be a size 8 by October 19 or else!!!” It’s more like an experiment, like “I know anything’s possible so let’s see to what extent I can line up with that Truth…and how much fun I can have along the way.”

My plan of action includes daily visualization and belief releasing/instilling. Anything else in terms of physical action—the quantity and type of food I eat, physical activity, etc.—will continue to be based on how I feel & my desire in the moment, because I don’t believe that those action steps are the real “cause” of the “effect” of weight loss, it’s the belief in those actions that make them effective.

Don’t get me wrong, I love physical reality and playing in this physical body. In fact, I think I’m going to start learning belly dancing, something I’ve been thinking about for a while now. But, I’m not going to do it more often than I feel like doing it for the sake of burning calories or whatever, it’s more about having fun and expressing myself through movement whenever I feel like doing so.

And lately, having fun and doing things only because I feel like doing them are really the only motivating factors in my life anymore. So I think the shift is working for me.

I love you all and I am so so SO appreciative of this experience and that we’re experiencing it together.

Imagine the Possibilities

I love that we create our own reality, and that we have the ability to experience absolutely anything that we can possibly imagine. For example, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the idea of the food chain and predatory animals (and “obligate carnivores,” as mentioned in my previous post) and have come to realize that these ideas became a dominant aspect of reality only by way of the imaginings of one followed by the eventual belief by most others. Even the stinging “pests” that I’ve had my own share of personal contrast with only became venomous after the first person decided that they were.

Because if at the heart of everything and everyone is Source Energy, and if Source Energy is Love, then it only makes sense to me that the idea of needing to protect or defend oneself, much less take another’s life to sustain one’s own, is a man made concoction, stemming from our self-created illusions of separation and fear.

And then I ponder the idea that plants have feelings, too, and I wonder, how far do we take the idea of honoring life—all of it? And I believe the answer is, “As far as we choose to.” Because, after all, we do create our own reality, and we do have the ability to experience absolutely anything that we can possibly imagine.

I’m seeing more and more stories about normally carnivorous animals refusing to eat meat. And there are even a few out there about human autotrophs. That idea speaks true evolution or ascension or Awakening to me. It may seem a little too out there for some at this juncture, but given some of us are already imagining it, I figure it’s only a matter of time.

My New Pet Project

So many people, even “awakened” people still believe in cause and effect from a predominantly physical perspective, when actually, it’s the belief in the physical action that is the cause of the effect or result, not the physical action itself. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, but the more I awaken, the more I feel that it is my purpose to offer an alternative, to provide evidence of what that true causal factor is by manifesting extraordinary effects using predominantly mental/energetic techniques rather than going the traditional action/process oriented route.

Maybe better than saying it feels like my purpose (because my purpose is simply to be me, whatever that means in any given moment), I should say it feels like fun, like my highest excitement.

I think it was Abraham that said, perhaps in their discussion of why we don’t grow new limbs, that no one believed a four minute mile was possible until the first person did it. And then others were able to do it once they had the example because they believed it was possible.

So I’m positioning myself to be the Roger Bannister of the manifestation world. Not because it’s necessary or because I or the world will be worse off otherwise, but because I believe that I can and it feels like it would be fun to play with energy in that way. I shall let you know how it goes.

(God I hope that Bannister reference is accurate, Wikipedia don’t fail me now.)

Just a Reminder…

You are Source Energy, and you are the full embodiment of Source Energy. There is no less than.

You are the only Power in your Universe, and you are all the Power in your Universe. All of it.

So when life seemingly throws you a curve ball or you find yourself in an unwanted circumstance, it is not because some greater Power outside of yourself (or even some greater aspect of yourself) decides to test or challenge or punish you; you experience every aspect of your reality, down to the very last little detail only because your beliefs cause you to emit a vibrational frequency that the experience then matches. Only. Always. Ever. Period.

That is the only true cause and effect that exists:
Beliefs—>Thoughts/Feelings/Focus—>Physical Experience.

That is it. Only. Always. Ever. Period.

And that is great news, my friends, because you are in complete control of your beliefs. If you experience something unwanted, bless it for showing you that you have a belief that is causing you to emit a vibrational frequency that attracts unwanted experience. Then change that belief! And then move forward from the perspective of the preferred belief.

And then your experience will reflect the new vibrational frequency you are offering. It has to. Because that’s all physical reality is—a response, a reflection, an extension of your vibrational frequency. That is all it is. And so if you change, it has to change. It has no other choice because IT IS YOU.

But you, the You who is Source Energy, who is the only Power in your Universe and who is all the Power in your Universe, you have a choice. In fact, whether you are experiencing what is preferred or not, you are always choosing. And you are always, always free to choose something different for yourself.

So choose Knowing my friends; choose Knowing your Power and that that Power is Love. Choose Knowing that you are Sovereign and utterly limitless. LIMITLESS. Choose Knowing that you are infinitely worthy, and infinitely valuable, and infinitely lovable and infinitely Loved, always and only because you exist. Choose to Know that you are infinite and eternal abundance and well-being and joy and freedom.

And if you choose all of this, that extension of you that you call physical experience will reflect all of this back to you. It has to. It has no choice because it is you.

I love you so very much and wish nothing more than Knowing for those who choose to Know.

That is all.

I love you. And I love me. And I love us. And I love this. All of it. And I love that I’m here, we’re here at this time. And I love that I know Who I Am and that we know Who We Are together. Life is so beautiful and delicious and sweet and adorable, meaning, worth being adored. Every last speck, every last drop, every square inch, every dimension. Every sunrise. Every sunset. Every inhale. Every exhale. Every snort. Every giggle. Every hug. Every kiss. Every sigh. Every tear. So valuable. So worthy. So lovable. So Loved. Infinitely so. And nothing can ever, ever change that. Ever. Good night and good morning and good everything, my sweet, precious Soul Family.

Cable

Hey everyone! I have some nice evidence of my improved vibration that I’d like to share with you all: My phone/cable/internet (all one bill) was behind again this month, so I called today to see how many days I had left before disconnection. Based on my experience with Comcast, they give me an extension every other month, and I had one last month, so I wasn’t expecting too much but felt led to call nonetheless.

Well, I think the Archangel Ariel that I’ve been connecting with recently was channeled into the rep I spoke with, because she was just as sweet as could be and so incredibly eager to help me out it was really almost weird, but very much appreciated all the same. She said that I’ve maxed out my extensions but that she’s going to give me one anyway, and she made it for nearly a week longer than what I had asked for. Then she noticed I had been charged for an extra modem for the past year, so she removed more than $80 off of my current balance. And then she took a few late fees off, too, for good measure, so I ended up with over a hundred dollars in total removed from my bill.

Given I call every month (LOL), I find it hard to believe from a logical standpoint that no one noticed those extra charges in all this time. I mean, what are the odds? I don’t know and I don’t really care, to me it’s hard evidence that we do indeed shift to new realities in every moment, and that our vibration dictates what those realities are going to contain, more so than the past or what’s “supposed to” happen, or any other factors.

This was such a validating moment for me, showing me that my “work” is paying off; I’m so glad I have the opportunity to share it with all of you, and I’m SO glad I honored that nudge to call this morning!

More Connections

Hi all,

I’ve been playing with some different meditative techniques while continuing to remove the fears that keep me from fully allowing my connection to flow, and the process has been truly amazing. I feel like I’m becoming addicted to the feeling of being connected, and that’s one addiction I don’t mind having. LOL

I briefly mentioned the other day how sacred geometry has been continuing to show up on my radar, and that after taking that as a cue from the U to explore this further I had the most beautiful, healing, and Source connected mediation with the flower of life. I highly recommend to anyone putting some relaxing music on (I listen to the 528 hz Love frequency video that I’ve shared a time or two) and gazing into the image of the flower of life for a few minutes or more and see what happens. I think you’ll know “something” happened by the way you feel afterward, even if you’re not quite sure what that “something” is. It’s really beautiful.

I’ve also mentioned before the visuals I’ve been getting in regard to ancient Egypt, and I think I’ve talked some about the strong connection I feel to the Pleiadians. Well those images and the feeling of connectedness are getting stronger with each meditation, and I’m also now seeing myself living underwater, which I assume is either an Atlantean or Cetacean connection (or both).

Truth be told, we are All That Is, so we are all those beings and all those lives. But, what is interesting to me is which of those lives/aspects of ourselves is revealed to us more predominantly, as I believe those are the ones that can benefit our growth in this particular lifetime or those that we can heal/benefit in some way from our current perspective.

One last note I’d like to share—yesterday when I was meditating I saw the face of a lion. Not thinking about that at all, today I was wondering when I’ll get a name of my spirit guide(s) and instantly I saw “Ariel” in my mind. Intrigued, I went to look it up and found that Archangel Ariel is said to have the head of a lion in some traditions. Other than a few of their names, I know absolutely nothing about the Archangels, so I thought this connection was kind of cool, kind of makes it seem more real if you know what I mean.

This angel also has strong ties to earth, elementals, animals, and water, and is sometimes called the Angel over Earth’s waters, which I also find kind of cool because of my own strong connection to water.

So, nothing ground breaking going on, but that doesn’t make it even the tiniest bit less delicious.

I’m so glad we get to share this aspect of our journey together, I’m having a blast and I hope you all are, too.
