On Health and Aging

The key to healthy living in physical reality is keeping of heart’s time, not mind’s. This is your answering. All would be well if minds played a secondary role to the soul’s knowings. The mind’s time limits constrict your well-being. Aging as a ticking clock is illusory. Not aging or aging less requires understanding, understanding of the soul’s time keeping.

Disease is contrary to the knowing of your hearts. [Hearts-souls may be used in terms interchangeably. They mean the One's understanding.]
All shall be well. It is agreed in your timing to see this. Hearts open more and more.

Keys to a healthy living style may be yours. Agreements on time ending soon. Meaning, your illusory timing is changing rapidly. Less time to see. More living. Aging slowly and living more freely is yours. This is what is seen.

Healthy aging can be acquired by opening your hearts more, minds resting more. Aging is your world’s term. Ours is acquiring Light.
The ego being secondary is essential. If ego is secondary the heart opens doors. Yes doors to your world’s knowing of Love. Love is ageless. Dis-easeless. Mind is not you see. It is affected. The illusions of your physical world portray visual representations of the mind’s distorted views.

Seeing it is after the feeling of it as you have been told by Masters. Meaning, if you see your souls’ bodies from the perspective of well-being, the feeling being reached, then wellness will be experienced.

Loving the body is key to your heart, not contrary to it. There is no deviation but of the mind’s calling. The physical action required is only belief. Use it well for the time being, knowing an understanding is coming for more. Using the body’s actions for Loving expression of the soul is needed. Meaning, express Love in everything and the body is well. That is the need. It matters not how you express. If you feel running is freeing then do so. If not, find the movement which expresses your heart’s well-being most freely. All is expression. Creatively moving yourselves is meeting your requirements.

What you call exercise is well. It is truth in the sense that only if you feel it is needed then it is. Most feel the belief in it being needed. So do what you will. It is the belief ingredient that is essential, but there is nothing wrong with exploring your world. The body is of the world you see.

Water grounds you. Food is essential in your world only as a partial truth. You see, your heart nourishes the cells. Food is complementing your beliefs. But do not starve yourselves! It is an agreement met for now. You have worlds of understanding left to be held. It is for the guidance and understanding these keys are being provided. Live in your world’s orders for this agreement.

You do not starve for food you starve for Light, Love, One’s heart. But for now, you eat peacefully. New agreements reached soon. The veganism is reached and animals held by all for Love. When all come to the knowing of vegan hearts, it is eventually felt that food is no longer required. The nourishment is Light, Love. It will take longer than your knowing for this to be reached. Generations, one or more is what is seen. For now, love in your understanding of times coming, and live for now as the needs of your beliefs are met. All is well.

Realizations are happening faster in your sun’s Light. More hours of sun. Less darkness in all. Awakening earlier mornings is wise for your souls. All will be well. Enhanced versions of yourselves is nearing. Enhanced DNA modules rapidly increasing your attainment of Light, Love, Soul’s understandings.

The sun is the One’s Light reflected in your world’s understanding. The sun’s damage is not. The damage to the cells is other than Light. Radiation is not of the Light. Misguided this has been in your timing.

Of course the belief is the key to understanding. If you believe these myths on the sun’s role in cancer you have been mislead. The sun’s role is not played you see. Release the myths and fears. Then open your heart. When you feel well with these understandings open your doors to more hours in your sun’s Light. Light is the One, you see.

Live by the days’ Light. Drink fresher liquids. The Soul’s clock is keeping new times. More ageless. Light is the essential ingredient in all. Water is moisturizing the body well. Liquid is secondary and the Light is your first need. Reaching the Light through the heart. If not well in outdoors, if beliefs about the sun are fear-inducing, use the heart inside your imaginations to bathe in Light. However fits into your Peaceful acquirement.

The more time spent in the Light, however it may be reached, the acceleration is faster. DNA, particles of Light may be reached faster. You may close this message knowing your shift is expanding. We have answered all for this timing. It is the one, the Greek alphabet-symbol is your guide. It means not letters in our knowing, it is a symbol of Peace, Light, greater than your understanding. It is well. Be in Love with us and in your hearts.

Channeling 8-14-12

I connected with a few different guides today and it was fun noticing the differences in their energies. All loving for sure, but different energy signatures nonetheless. I get the sense that different guides are used to deal with different topics. So here is one I received on a question about lack:

Your hindrance is your belief in lack; only this holds you from your riches. This stems from your past. All of you. The processes you have been given are effective. Practicing riches is the essence of believing in them.

If you do not hold the belief and understanding that anything can be yours then it shall remain out of reach. Hold the belief and understanding that anything can be yours and is. This is provided for the enlightenment of being rich.

The manifestational ingredients have been given: Come to the beliefs of the Higher Self and know the world to be yours. You do not see but it is there. Play and practice. Play the games you hold in your heart most dearly. Practice the rituals of attainment. These are the tools given by your Masters already. There is no overuse. You can never do too much. This shores up the belief in your hearts and this is all you need to do.

There is no working required for the belief in your systems of old is coming to a close. These agreements have been made. But you must know Who You Are as the Higher Self knows you to be, and know your world from this perspective.

Your keys to attainment require Love, Peace, and an understanding that all can be yours and is yours. Open your hearts to this belief and it shall open doors.

This message holds all ingredients and answers for more as it pertains to the riches. Given in Love.

Day 88-91

Day 91

Oh what a glorious day this is! Feeling my Connection and moving with that flow is just so delicious and I’m feeling it more and more with each passing day. Wheeeeeee!!!!! :D

As we moved into August I had a moment of panic (read: insecurity) regarding the fact that we have less than a month left of our 100 Days and here I am with nothing to speak of in terms of physically manifested results. And then I saw in my mind my list of intended results for this challenge, and that the first item on that list was to be free of all blocks to my greatest good. And then I remembered that, at least for me and the path that I’ve chosen for myself, that this HAS to come first. Has to.

And you know what? I’m not done yet. It’s just the way it is. Which is why I’m continuing my 100 days after this one is over. And you know what? I’m fine with that, because the progress that I have made is monumental. MONUMENTAL!!! And I’m proud of those results, and proud of myself for being willing to feel those things that I didn’t want to feel and face those aspects of myself that I didn’t really want to face in order to experience those results. So I’m here today to celebrate those results, knowing more of these types of results are on their way and the physical results are following closely behind.

I’d like to share a couple of huge shifts that have just taken place and how I achieved them:

1. Most of you know that I’ve been using EFT and other techniques to release limiting beliefs and negative feelings, and have been having some success with that. But recently I realized while I was using the techniques, I wasn’t evoking the emotion to the fullest and as such was hindering my results. So I started doing just that during my EFT sessions—not just imagining the emotion and bringing it up inside, but screaming, crying, really experiencing those feelings and shouting those things out loud that are always running through my mind but that I was previously trying to cover up with more positive thoughts.

And since I’ve been doing this my results have increased exponentially. I have less physical pain, the thoughts running through my mind are drastically changing with no conscious effort to change them, I have more clarity about what I want to do with my life than ever before, and most importantly I feel better about myself than I think I ever have.

After loosening some crud last night in one of my sessions, as I said I was feeling really great today, going with the flow of my connection to my Source. And in that flow I felt a strong nudge to watch the first clip from a recent Abe seminar that Marilyn shared in the group. I don’t watch a whole lot of Abe anymore, not for any other reason than it’s just my personality to want to know things from as many different perspectives as resonate with me; but I still love them and their message dearly and credit them for changing my life forever in being the first teachers to open my eyes to Who I Really Am.

And the only reason I mention that at all is to point out the significance of that nudge to watch that video today. Because in that clip a questioner asked about her past history, how to be proud of aspects of it that she, well, wasn’t proud of. And in Abraham’s soothing of her they soothed me and helped me release myself from a prison of pain, guilt, and shame that I had myself locked in regarding my own history since as long as those experiences took place.

I tell you, I haven’t bawled so hard in a very long time. And it felt so darn good to let all that out and finally let myself off the hook. It sounds weird, but I found myself stroking my arms, telling myself it’s okay, and telling myself that I love myself and for the first time really meaning it. I have tears rolling down my face again as I write this, this is just such a big deal to me, and I know it’s going to make a huge difference in terms of how confidently I approach life in the future.

2. The other big shift has to do with my work as a psychic. It occurred to me just a little while ago that I’m going on ten years in this job, and considering the longest I’ve made it at any other job is right around the three year mark (not even three, really), it’s funny (as in ridiculous) to me that I’ve spent most of this time pushing against it for one reason or another and trying to run from it. And yet here I sit waiting for calls as I write this. LOL

I’ve used many external excuses as reasons to push against it, but what it all boils down to, and why most things that aren’t flowing the way I prefer in my life boil down to, is insecurity and fear: insecurity about how accurate I am, whether I’m really getting intuitive information or just making it up in my head, and of course fear of what others think of me, that they may think I’m a weirdo or a joke and won’t take me seriously if they know what I do for a living.

And even though I still have people calling me that came to me that first year, and have had so many confirmations of accuracy and so many thanks from people that feel I’ve helped them, you know how it goes, it takes the one prediction that doesn’t come to fruition or the one person who wants to take their anger out on me and my mind locks in on those few-and-far-betweens and makes them the dominant focus of the larger, mostly positive experience.

Again that all stems from insecurity, because if I felt good about myself then those few negative experiences that occur would slide right off me.

I noticed a little bit of that insecurity flare up today, when I posted a personal Q & A session I had with my Guides in the channeling group. As I’ve been learning to connect more from the heart than the head, I was able for the first time to set ego aside enough to get some clarity in my own life, which is a huge result in itself.

But after I posted I felt a little nervous about the predictions I shared, as in “what if they don’t come to fruition, I’m going to look like a total idiot!” You know, that sort of thing.

But the result that I want to share here is that as I continue to release all these negative feelings and beliefs about myself (and wow, who knew how many I had stored up inside me!!!), that insecurity is waning. I’m owning who I am what I do and accepting it as the gift it is—not in the sense that it’s hard to do or that no one else can do it, but that I was open to it, I was aware of it since I was a little kid and I brilliantly turned it into a way to serve others and make a living at a time when I was having difficulty working outside the home due to pain issues.

And even in that moment of insecurity today about my post in the channeling group, I found it easy to soothe myself back into the remembrance that any prediction given is always based on lines of probability, and that the only reason any prediction, those for myself or otherwise, wouldn’t come to pass would be based on the choices made leading up to that point, whether those choices cause the person to line up with that probable version of reality or not.

In that sense, the responsibility of the prediction being accurate has more with the person the message is for than me as the messenger. So once again, I let myself off the hook, and it feels really good.

I even went a step further and offered some intuited information to a friend in the group, without worrying about whether they would perceive it as “right,” or whether or not anyone would think I’m stupid or whatever for offering it. And again, this is really huge for me.

So that’s where I’m at on Day 91, and I’ve said it before but it’s a really freakin’ good feeling place to be. And as you can tell from the progression of my posts here, every day it just keeps feeling better and better.

I love you all so very much and thank you for co-creating this experience with me. It just wouldn’t be as freakin’ good feeling without you.

Channeling 8/11/12

SUFFERING

Power is the key to knowing who you are. Power is the key that opens doors. Not in a forceful sense, in a loving sense. That is who you are. Not frail, fragile, diseased, poverty ridden. Not at all what you were once perceived to be. Atlantis is the higher version, yes. Ascension to that reality is upon you, yes.

Open the door, the gates to your knowing and all will be well. The key to open the door to your knowing is the heart and the power within. An open heart yields more power than a thousand fears.

Yes, this is Ariel, the one who you call on seeking advisement in all your knowing. Be well and suffer no more. Be kind to yourselves and love one another. This serves as a ground wire conducting the desires you wish to see. Be bold and ask for all that you seek. Be brazen in your knowing that all is there inside your reach.

Nothing can be taken away for there is no where for it to go. Nothing. All is there with you now and the All is well.

The key to ending suffering is holding the vibration. Manifesting what you seek of good and love is understanding it is within you now. End suffering by practicing peace. Not words, but understanding in the hearts and minds of everyone.

Peace and love is calling you to end the suffering you see. Let’s say for an hour you practice playing a game of noticing all the good that exists beside you and resides within you. This is a good start. And when you do, it will embellish what is good and flourish into more. More than you could even imagine.

Let us be at Peace with ourselves for all the world to see. What’s inside you is Light. Suffering is an illusion through which you created your world to be. Higher Realms see this. All is well. Care and love and understanding of yourselves each as individuals is required.

Open your hearts to the beauty that lies within each of you. There you find the keys that unlock the door to the end of your world’s suffering as you see it to be. There is no suffering really, it is an illusion, a form of trickery made to make the game of your lives in your world more challenging for you. But it was meant for fun and you turned it into something it was not meant to be.

Now as your selves are awakening to the calling of your true nature, you are realizing this is no longer fun and seek the Higher Realms to restore all of the beauty and grace and fun and laughter that once was. And so it shall be again.

Yes, you will end suffering through the work with the Higher Mind and learn new games in which you will challenge yourselves in painless ways. For you do not need to suffer to challenge yourselves. This is simply a trick you played on yourselves.

Go forth and share your journey into that which has not been known before you. In other lives, yes, and in other worlds, yes. But in this timing and this planetary version of your existence, this is what we are referring to.

Go now in peace and be free in loving yourselves and one another. This is the most important message we can give to you. Play in your Knowing and have fun with it all, because fun is Knowing and fun is all there ever needs to be.

Long Channeling 8/10/12

Center yourself for times to come. This isn’t to be scary it is meant for fun. The journey for more takes place in five of your years. Advancement in technology leads to the discovery of other worlds, yes, dimensions. Awareness of beings is coming nearer than this.

During this phase you will see many light beings called to service, acting as guides in Peace and Light through this transitional phase. These guides, including many of you, serve to provide the Light required to reach the higher planes. To teach others of the Light is well, but to be the Light yourselves is what is important.

That is to say remembering who you are and your soul’s purpose on this journey, which is being the Light and offering service to those who seek it.
Only you can decide how this is expressed in your physical form. In your own unique way you each express the Light and provide the guidance required for this part of the journey.

Particles of Light can take on any form. The question is, what do you seek for fun, for joy, for Love, for expression of self. That’s what it is, the soul’s purpose, and that’s what it takes. Nothing more.

It is not to save the world that is the key for there is nothing to save it from. Everything is happening in its own way and proper time for the fulfillment of all that is good and well for all.

Completion doesn’t exist. When you complete this transitional phase you will be seeking more. You will be exploring other worlds and higher dimensions.

But not as you think, not as yet. For the journey into these worlds takes place in the mind, in consciousness, and your physical reality after the transition provides a stable platform or framework for these journeys to take place.

You will all be accessing other worlds or dimensions rather easily once the changes are in effect. Not so different from your world now, but you will know, you will feel within yourselves that the new journey has begun.

It is our time now to call on you to be bold in your travels. Yet you have nothing to prove, for it is only your sake of being-ness that is your reason to exist. The journey is for the pleasure only, and the reason for your travels is the journey itself.

Heavenly beings surround you now and are guiding the journey of the soul. Be at peace with what you have heard. This message is for all, with understanding that all do not hear with their ears.

Ariel this is and is one of many who are here, offering this advisement for your understanding. Be at Peace for now. This is well and more is offered soon. Blessings showering upon all from the Light of the higher realms.

5-16 Band of energy radiating from the sun that will supercharge you, as you are electromagnetic beings. This will help you in attracting what you seek. Nothing is out of your reach, enjoy moving beyond what was possible before.

Woo-hoo! My first automatic writing! Little rough around the edges but I’m going to give it as it came through, for authenticity’s sake:

Here was the answer:

That all is well and all is working out perfectly for you. You are healthy you are gifted to the One who knows your name. You are sacred love being grounded and centered is key. Know that our love surrounds you always. You are nearing completion of a phase or cycle restoring you to your natural state of well-being. Ground yourself in love. Always. You are wise to call on the angels. They hear you and are with you now working to release energies that no longer serve you. Use these messages to uplift and inspire yourself and as a gift to others. Congratulations! You did it! You have passed the first… The veil has been lifted and it is safe to open your eyes. Namaste More soon is on its way. Much love to you Ariel.

Ironically, just before this came through I was working with Archangel Michael to help clear negative energy, so I was sort of surprised that Ariel was the name that came through at the end.

So yeah, that was fun! Look forward to more! ?

More Connections

Hi all,

I’ve been playing with some different meditative techniques while continuing to remove the fears that keep me from fully allowing my connection to flow, and the process has been truly amazing. I feel like I’m becoming addicted to the feeling of being connected, and that’s one addiction I don’t mind having. LOL

I briefly mentioned the other day how sacred geometry has been continuing to show up on my radar, and that after taking that as a cue from the U to explore this further I had the most beautiful, healing, and Source connected mediation with the flower of life. I highly recommend to anyone putting some relaxing music on (I listen to the 528 hz Love frequency video that I’ve shared a time or two) and gazing into the image of the flower of life for a few minutes or more and see what happens. I think you’ll know “something” happened by the way you feel afterward, even if you’re not quite sure what that “something” is. It’s really beautiful.

I’ve also mentioned before the visuals I’ve been getting in regard to ancient Egypt, and I think I’ve talked some about the strong connection I feel to the Pleiadians. Well those images and the feeling of connectedness are getting stronger with each meditation, and I’m also now seeing myself living underwater, which I assume is either an Atlantean or Cetacean connection (or both).

Truth be told, we are All That Is, so we are all those beings and all those lives. But, what is interesting to me is which of those lives/aspects of ourselves is revealed to us more predominantly, as I believe those are the ones that can benefit our growth in this particular lifetime or those that we can heal/benefit in some way from our current perspective.

One last note I’d like to share—yesterday when I was meditating I saw the face of a lion. Not thinking about that at all, today I was wondering when I’ll get a name of my spirit guide(s) and instantly I saw “Ariel” in my mind. Intrigued, I went to look it up and found that Archangel Ariel is said to have the head of a lion in some traditions. Other than a few of their names, I know absolutely nothing about the Archangels, so I thought this connection was kind of cool, kind of makes it seem more real if you know what I mean.

This angel also has strong ties to earth, elementals, animals, and water, and is sometimes called the Angel over Earth’s waters, which I also find kind of cool because of my own strong connection to water.

So, nothing ground breaking going on, but that doesn’t make it even the tiniest bit less delicious.

I’m so glad we get to share this aspect of our journey together, I’m having a blast and I hope you all are, too. :)

Higher Self pt2

I did the “Being Your Higher Self” Orin journey for the second day in a row yesterday, and I was surprised by the continuity from one day to the next, as if I was watching/experiencing consecutive episodes of a TV series. I told you all about “Colonel Sanders” and how I’m usually a small child when I’m in these experiences. Well, this time I was an adult, and instead of meeting my higher self as Colonel Sanders, Its appearance was similar to a drawing of a Pleiadian male I’ve seen around the internet a few times.

This time I got my gifts right away—I received a crown and a scepter, and the part of the exercise where I’m merging with the Higher Self was much like a marriage ceremony. Interesting to note that several times over the past few years and unrelated to these journeys, I’ve had visions of myself as a queen, sometimes in Renaissance times, sometimes in an ancient Egyptian setting and sometimes in a sort of Arabian Nights type of scenario (which is actually what the backdrop to these journeys reminds me of).

The scene is always very dream-like and hazy—lots of warm golden, amber, and pink tones and very sparkly and luxurious feeling with an abundance of pillows and fabric everywhere and lots of gold.

So I was a little jarred when all of the sudden, in the midst of my wedding celebration, a big hole in the dreamy scene appeared and I saw a very clear and realistic scene, as if I was looking out my window, and it looked like I was being arrested and placed in a police car.

I wasn’t panicking too much, but at the same time I was prodding my Higher Self for more info, and in that moment I returned to 5 year-old me and my HS returned to Colonel Sanders…but he didn’t give me any information.

So I did the only thing I could think of doing: I remembered the key he gave me in yesterday’s journey, unlocked the handcuffs, and became the dove that flew out of the cage in yesterday’s journey as well.

Then I reclaimed my place as Queen of my Universe and, shortly after, the journey ended.

I loved and would’ve never expected that the symbols I receive would be props I could actually use within the journeys themselves. I thought that was so cool. Also, from what I know of doing so many meditations with Bashar, the action of freeing myself in the journey has as much impact on the vibration I’m offering and my life in general as if I had done it in “real life.”

So what does this have to do with “Opening to Channel?” Well, everything, because the one thing that has always kept me from taking my psychic work to a deeper level is the fear of something/someone else taking over and/or giving up (losing) control, so all of the symbolism and action in these journeys is helping me to release that fear and is reminding me that I am the only Power in my world.

I think I’m going to keep doing this journey daily until I feel urged to move on to something else—I’m having a lot of fun with the “TV series” I’m creating for myself and look forward to participating in the next episode and seeing how it fits into the whole.

Higher Self pt1

Had a nice meeting with my Higher Self yesterday courtesy of an Orin Journey on, well, “Being Your Higher Self.” I’ve done this journey a few times over the past year or so, and each time I do, I always get a gift from the Colonel (for those that don’t know I jokingly call my Higher Self Colonel Sanders of KFC fame, because that’s sort of what he looks like); last time it was a golden nugget that he put in my hand, and this time it was two symbols: First, a dove flying out of its cage, and second, a key placed in my hand. Pretty obvious and cool symbolism, right?

Also, I’m always around 5 years-old when I’m playing the role of “me” in this journey. Not that that amounts to anything, but I find it interesting. I also find it interesting that we don’t talk—the only communication via language that takes place is when he writes a one or two word message in the sand with a long stick. There weren’t any of those messages at all this time, but clearly I got what I needed from the imagery.

So far this is my favorite Orin journey, and I think I’m going to do it again today since it feels so good to remember Who I Am and practice living from that perspective. Then, since it’s been about a year since I found the Bashar channeling videos, I’m going to start listening to them again tonight and do the meditations that go along with them—they’re excellent, as always with Bashar’s meditations. THEN I’ll probably start on the Open to Channel material from Orin and DaBen. Unless some other shiny thing catches my eye in the meantime. :D
