Intentions 9-22-12

Today I intend to feel the best I can feel and extract the very best I can extract from what-is. I intend to find the best feeling information to read, the best feeling music to listen to, the best feeling actions to take, and the best feeling people to interact with.

I intend to find the best feeling thoughts, imbue them with the best feeling feelings, reiterate and reinforce them so that they become best feeling beliefs, and revel in the Knowing that those best feeling beliefs will then be reflected as a best feeling life experience.

Today I intend to be abundance. I intend to be well-being. I intend to be ease. I intend to be Knowing. And I intend to be free.

Today I intend to be Love and find that Love reflected back to me in my world. I intend to remain in my Knowing at all times that I am Source, I am the only Power in my Universe, and that that Power is Love.

Today I intend for this day to be the very best day of my life thus far, and I intend the same for everyone and everything in my Universe.

And so it is. ♥

Appreciation 8-21-12

I am so thankful that I create my own reality! I love that it’s my choice and it’s only my choice! I love that I can decide however I wish to experience reality! I love that there are no rules! No limits! No boundaries! And as such, there is no need to second guess ANYTHING I desire. Because if I’m able to desire it I am able to experience it, and I’m so thankful for that. I love how the Multi-verse is set up for my greatest good! I love that cooperative components are constantly at the ready to help my desires manifest in physical form. I love that every single version of every single aspect of reality already exists right here, right now, all available for me to experience at any time I choose. I love how easy it all is! I love how supported I am! I love that my Universe really does revolve around me! I love that it’s all my creation! Whatever version of myself, people, places, and things that I experience, it’s all me, just looking at reality from different perspectives!!! And that means that there are no variables, no outside factors to consider in the creation of what I desire. I love that!!! And it also means that if I’m experiencing something I no longer desire I simply change perspectives and BAM!!! A more preferred reality. Just like that!!! It’s all so freaking easy, it’s all here and more than ready and willing to be experienced by me. I love it!!! I love it all!!! And I’m so thankful that I know this!!! I appreciate myself for my willingness to be open to this understanding of the world, and that I do understand it and accept it as my truth. It makes life so much more fun and exciting, knowing that there are no limitations, no lack, no evil, nothing to worry about, nothing to fear. It’s such a relief! And more than that, it’s such a joy! It’s such a pleasure! It’s such an adventure! And it keeps getting better and better and better with each passing day.

Have you ever considered that when we set out to save the world, we are by our intention and focus creating a world that needs to be saved?

What if we no longer perceived anyone or anything as poor, or unhealthy, or unbalanced, or unenlightened, or neglected, or abused; and what if we perceived the Earth as one that was infinitely stable and thriving?

If we ceased creating “need” and thereby ceased feeling a need to “serve,” how then would we express ourselves and our own unique perspectives, and how would we interact with one another and our environment?

Can you imagine?

Imagine the Possibilities

I love that we create our own reality, and that we have the ability to experience absolutely anything that we can possibly imagine. For example, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the idea of the food chain and predatory animals (and “obligate carnivores,” as mentioned in my previous post) and have come to realize that these ideas became a dominant aspect of reality only by way of the imaginings of one followed by the eventual belief by most others. Even the stinging “pests” that I’ve had my own share of personal contrast with only became venomous after the first person decided that they were.

Because if at the heart of everything and everyone is Source Energy, and if Source Energy is Love, then it only makes sense to me that the idea of needing to protect or defend oneself, much less take another’s life to sustain one’s own, is a man made concoction, stemming from our self-created illusions of separation and fear.

And then I ponder the idea that plants have feelings, too, and I wonder, how far do we take the idea of honoring life—all of it? And I believe the answer is, “As far as we choose to.” Because, after all, we do create our own reality, and we do have the ability to experience absolutely anything that we can possibly imagine.

I’m seeing more and more stories about normally carnivorous animals refusing to eat meat. And there are even a few out there about human autotrophs. That idea speaks true evolution or ascension or Awakening to me. It may seem a little too out there for some at this juncture, but given some of us are already imagining it, I figure it’s only a matter of time.

Just a Reminder…

You are Source Energy, and you are the full embodiment of Source Energy. There is no less than.

You are the only Power in your Universe, and you are all the Power in your Universe. All of it.

So when life seemingly throws you a curve ball or you find yourself in an unwanted circumstance, it is not because some greater Power outside of yourself (or even some greater aspect of yourself) decides to test or challenge or punish you; you experience every aspect of your reality, down to the very last little detail only because your beliefs cause you to emit a vibrational frequency that the experience then matches. Only. Always. Ever. Period.

That is the only true cause and effect that exists:
Beliefs—>Thoughts/Feelings/Focus—>Physical Experience.

That is it. Only. Always. Ever. Period.

And that is great news, my friends, because you are in complete control of your beliefs. If you experience something unwanted, bless it for showing you that you have a belief that is causing you to emit a vibrational frequency that attracts unwanted experience. Then change that belief! And then move forward from the perspective of the preferred belief.

And then your experience will reflect the new vibrational frequency you are offering. It has to. Because that’s all physical reality is—a response, a reflection, an extension of your vibrational frequency. That is all it is. And so if you change, it has to change. It has no other choice because IT IS YOU.

But you, the You who is Source Energy, who is the only Power in your Universe and who is all the Power in your Universe, you have a choice. In fact, whether you are experiencing what is preferred or not, you are always choosing. And you are always, always free to choose something different for yourself.

So choose Knowing my friends; choose Knowing your Power and that that Power is Love. Choose Knowing that you are Sovereign and utterly limitless. LIMITLESS. Choose Knowing that you are infinitely worthy, and infinitely valuable, and infinitely lovable and infinitely Loved, always and only because you exist. Choose to Know that you are infinite and eternal abundance and well-being and joy and freedom.

And if you choose all of this, that extension of you that you call physical experience will reflect all of this back to you. It has to. It has no choice because it is you.

I love you so very much and wish nothing more than Knowing for those who choose to Know.

Five Ways to Raise Your Vibe

Gooood day to you my beautiful friends! I hope you are choosing lots of better feeling thoughts today and feeling super fantastical as a result! If not, hey, it’s okay, we all have those days. All feelings are valuable and should be honored; but, at the same time, there’s no need to linger at the lower end of the emotional spectrum– for one, because it doesn’t feel good, and for two, because our emotional state dictates our point of attraction. In other words, if we are feeling bad most of the time, we are likely to attract bad feeling experiences into our lives.

So, today I’d like to share five quick and easy ways to raise your vibration. And to be clear to those who may be new to metaphysics and the Law of Attraction, when I say vibration I am referring to the frequency, the energetic signal that you automatically and continuously radiate out into the Universe– this signal is your point of attraction. And you can always tell what kind of signal you are offering (and what you are attracting into your life as a result) by the way you feel.

Let’s get started, shall we?

1. Smile and laugh.

We’ve all heard the old adage that laughter is the best medicine; but it’s more than an old wive’s tale, it’s actually true. Studies have shown laughter to remedy a host of ailments from hypertension to depression. Not only that, laughing is a fast and simple way to raise your vibration and improve your point of attraction. So the next time you find yourself feeling blue, hit up Cheezburger.com (or whatever is funny to you) and watch your mood soar in record time. Not quite in the vicinity of laughter? Even holding a smile for one minute can make a difference. Works every time for me.

2. Appreciate.

Appreciation is the closest emotion we have to the unconditional love of Source, so it’s no surprise that spending a little time in gratitude is a surefire way to raise your vibration and put you in the space of receiving everything you desire. A quick little trick is the ABC game–Think of something you appreciate that begins with each letter of the alphabet. If you get stumped on any of the letters, be easy about it and move on to the next. Try it the next time you’re feeling low; I bet you’ll be feeling better before you get anywhere near the letter ‘x.’ Even better, cultivate the habit of spending some time each and every day in appreciation of all the good things in your life (yes, there are always good things to appreciate, no matter how dire things may seem at times); my family over at the Facebook LOA Results Group has just started a 30 day process that will help you do just that–click on over, it’s never too late to join in the fun.

3. Express yourself.

So many of us have been taught to ‘stuff’ our feelings, that it is not appropriate to express anger, sadness, etc.; and many people continue that unfortunate trend as they learn about the Law of Attraction–they avoid expressing anything other than positive feelings for fear of the negative circumstances they may be attracting to themselves. This can not only lead to physical and emotional health problems, but it also does nothing favorable for your point of attraction: The bottom line is that you can’t lie to the Universe; that is to say, no matter how happy you may pretend to be, if you’re really feeling despair and powerlessness then that is the vibrational frequency that you will be emitting, hence, the type of experiences you will be drawing to yourself. There’s just no getting around it (I’ve tried, believe me, I’ve tried), so it’s far better to get those feelings out in the open, not just for your emotional and physical health, but from an attraction standpoint as well. Writing can be very therapeutic, as can be a good cry, or even an all-out assault on your pillow, depending on the emotion you’re trying to release.

4. Move.

I think the overall benefits of movement are pretty clear and its effect on one’s mood well documented (thank you, endorphins), so I’ll keep things brief here. Dance, walk, run, bike, jump, skip, swim… whatever you feel inspired to do, just do it (thank you, Nike). All it takes is that first step to get you going, and a few more to get you feeling better, so get up and move something–you’ll quite literally be glad that you did.

5. Sleep.

If you find yourself feeling so low that even the thought of movement is exhausting, then sleeping might be a better option. When we sleep we essentially realign with Source energy, so the benefits of a nice nap–even a brief one–extend far beyond the physical restoration that takes place during our slumber.

I hope first and foremost that you never need this list; that you find yourself reaching for that better feeling thought easily, effortlessly, and automatically all of the time, and that you’re so busy savoring even the tiniest morsel of life’s giggly goodness that this post never even comes under your radar.
