When Abe says “Make a decision and line up with it,” they are not only suggesting that you say to yourself, “Yes, this is what I really want right now,” but also “Yes, I can have this, yes, I deserve it just because I desire it, and yes, I expect to experience this easily, effortlessly and joyfully because there is no opposition to my having what I desire.”
Because more than not being sure about whether you want this thing or that thing in your life, it is the doubt about whether you can really have your desire and whether or not you deserve it that makes the difference between having it or not.

Planetary forces have no power over you except to the extent you choose to believe they do. GMO foods have no ill effect on you, except to the extent you choose to believe they do. There is no evil in this world except to the extent you choose to believe it into existence. Physical reality is not static. Everything and everyone in your environment is a collection of infinite potentials, and the potential or version that you end up experiencing is not up to them, it is entirely up to you—your beliefs and resultant expectations. You are Sovereign. You are Free. You are the only Power in your Universe, to the extent that you can choose to deny that Power and chalk your experience up to “outside forces.” If you want to. And among the infinite choices to make and life experiences to have, that’s as valid as any other. Because no matter what you choose you’re still Source Energy expressing Itself and that’s always a beautiful thing. But it’s still good to know that no matter what you are choosing for yourself, you, and you alone, are the one that is choosing.

There are no rules to physical reality. What you see as the established order of things or “how things work” are just some of the infinite ideas as to how things *can* work. And the only reason what you see appears to be the established order of things is because you have chosen to believe it is. There is nothing outside of you. There are no variables or outside factors to consider in choosing your reality experience. It is all and always based solely on your own beliefs.

I’ve spent the last year or so using EFT to release negative beliefs and have been very successful with that process. But I find that while providing short term relief for deep-seated negative emotions, they don’t seem to be fully releasing using this method. Anytime I look at things I don’t like about what-is, the same negative thoughts and associated feelings resurface and I feel like I’m back at square one. It’s no surprise, then, that those unwanted things in reality are still being reflected back to me, eh?
A couple of weeks ago I changed my approach and have experienced dramatic shifting on these issues as a result, so I thought I’d share my process with you here today in case any of you are going through a similar situation and want to shift at deeper levels as well.
I was intuitively led to this process; I didn’t spend any time consciously putting it together, it just sort of happened very organically one day. And in hindsight it makes perfect sense, a next logical step if you will, considering the “Ascension” process that is taking place for me and many of you here at this timing; because as we increase our Awareness of ourselves as God, as Source Energy, we start to better understand that we really are All That Is—the good, the bad, and the ugly. We start to truly understand that no matter how hard we try, we can never “get rid” of anything because All That Is is always going to be All That Is; as Abe says, this is an inclusion based Universe not one based on exclusion. And, most importantly, we begin to see All That Is, all aspects of it and of ourselves—even those unwanted or “shadow” portions—absolutely deserve our Unconditional Love.
It’s interesting, about a week or so after I began using this technique, a dear friend of mine, Geneva Rose, sent me some Reiki and she said that a few of my Angels were there helping her; she said that instead of getting rid of the negative energy in her normal way they advised her to transmute that energy with Love, which is the very same basis of this process. I don’t know how much that means to all of you, but for me it was great to get that confirmation from the Higher Realm that I’m on the right track in terms of my journey here as physical Self.
One last note and then I promise I’ll get to the technique—I hadn’t intended this article to become an ad for my friend’s services, but in sharing the above anecdote I feel inspired to also mention that she is an incredibly gifted Healer and Energy Worker and I highly, highly recommend her for those of you that may need some assistance in transmuting and integrating those shadow sides of your own. As such, I’ll include a link at the bottom of the page for those who want to learn more about the services she offers.
The technique is quite simple really, and there are no rules here; Inner Being always Knows best and so if at any time during the process you feel led to deviate from the steps I’m outlining here, please go with that guidance! Some of the most powerful shifts I’ve experienced have come from simply following my own intuition on these things, so trust Yourself and keep in mind that no one knows you and what you need better than you.
STEP ONE—HOW DO YOU REALLY FEEL?
Much like EFT, the initial step of this process is to engage those negative thoughts and feelings as fully and intensely as you are able to do. Now, some of you may be asking yourselves, “But aren’t I negatively attracting if I focus on those negative thoughts and feelings?” I understand your concern, but the answer is a big, fat “NO!”
And the reason is that you are focusing on the energy from a creative rather than destructive perspective. It’s the same reason horror genre writers and movie makers haven’t all ended up with the same ill fate as the characters they’ve created.
And if it will put you more at ease, you can also set the intention before each session that you simply will not be attracting during this exercise. I like to think of it as pressing a giant pause button in the middle of the Universe. Remember, you are the creator of your reality and you’re the only one calling the shots, so you do have the power to make that particular call if you feel the need to.
As I said, allow yourself to engage those negative feelings as intensely as you can. I strongly encourage writing or typing things out, because it not only makes this a more holistic practice by bringing those energies into the physical, but I also find that in the flow of writing, when I’m allowing myself to just let go, I discover thoughts/feelings I have about myself or my situation that weren’t readily available in just thinking about them. Those hidden gems are so important because they are usually linked to negative beliefs deeply rooted in the subconscious, and are often the very things that are holding you to whatever those unwanted issues are in your life.
STEP TWO—NURTURE YOUR CREATION
We, as our physical selves, are nothing more (and nothing less) than ideas in the One’s mind. And just as the One nurtures and Unconditionally Loves Its Creation (us), we must approach our own Creation, our own thoughts and feelings, with the same Love and Acceptance. Because remember, everything is Consciousness, and so those thoughts and feelings that we’ve been running from or trying to get rid of for years are as much living entities and certainly as much our own Creation as we are and are of the One. As above, so below as they say (not really accurate because there really is no above or below, but you know what I mean).
After you’ve written down or at least mentally engaged those negative thoughts and feelings, go back and pick out the main themes—they may be particular emotions like fear or powerlessness or rage, or you may find that certain phrases continue to pop up (two that always come out for me are “I hate this sh*t!” and “I’m so f*$cking tired of this sh*t!” LOL). Honesty is your best friend in a process like this, so don’t be afraid if what you’re saying or feeling seems a little ridiculous after the fact. The sooner you accept all of yourself, the sooner you’ll be Free, so I promise it’s worth a few minutes of discomfort or embarassment.
Once you’ve picked out a few key phrases and/or emotions, be their Mother/Father. What I started out doing was, one at a time, I’d imagine a baby wearing a onesie with the emotion or phrase written on the front. I see that very clearly in my mind and then I hold and rock the (usually screaming) baby and say “I Love You” several times.
After I did this exercise a couple of times, these ‘entities’ started doing their own thing: Some of them didn’t look like babies, they looked like dark blobs initially. But I always let them be whatever they need to be, and after a little loving they do turn into those babies, and after a little more they turn into peaceful, quiet babies, which is the point you want to get to with each feeling or phrase before moving on to the next one.
I’ve also found that some of the energies take on the appearance of a child at different ages and some are adults. It’s pretty obvious that they represent the ages at which I acquired these negative beliefs and their associated emotions, and personally I find that part of the process quite interesting.
Again, the most important part of this step is to get the baby (or whatever symbol your imagination is using to represent the negative energies) to a quiet, peaceful place by saying “I Love You” repeatedly and really feeling that Love as you’re doing so. It is also important to be Loving, but neutral: For example, if your baby is “Life Sucks,” you don’t want to agree with the baby; you don’t want to say “Yes, I know, life really is hard isn’t it…” and so on. Just say, “I Love You” until the baby is calm. It is enough.
Although this is an important (and obvious) step, I’ve only added it after my friend Geneva recommended that I cleanse my aura after I do these types of sessions. It makes sense, of course, but before she mentioned it I just usually took a few deep breaths after each session and then went right back into my day.
You can cleanse your aura by simply imagining it being bathed in golden light, but I’ll include a Youtube of a great (quick!) instruction at the end of this article for those who prefer a little more guidance.
The best part of this technique is that it’s relatively quick, it’s very simple, and it works. I’ve experienced great tension and pain relief in my body as a result of doing this process, but my favorite and the most dramatic result is that I’ve been MUCH better able to keep my focus on what is preferred, rather than having the constant negative thoughts and feelings playing in the background of my mind like a broken freaking record, so it not only helps me feel better in the moment but is helping me to shift to a more dominantly positive vibration, which will only lead to more preferred and less unwanted in my physical experience in the future. And I Love that, I Love that a lot!
One last note: It’s always good to stay hydrated when you’re doing this type of work, and it’s also beneficial to set apart a good amount of time to do the session—I recommend a half hour or so to begin with.
But then if you find a negative thought or feeling rise up during your day, you don’t have to go through the whole process over again; wherever you’re at and regardless of what you’re doing, just go back to the baby visualization and mentally repeat “I Love You” and you’ll find that within seconds that energy will be calmed once again.

Hopefully, all of you have have already transmuted and integrated your “shadow” selves and are blissfully creating the life of your dreams as a result. What if you were already as good as you will ever be?

Because your worthiness is built-in, you know. It’s not something that can be earned, and it’s not something that needs to be proved. It’s already proven by your existence. And you were as good as you could ever possibly be the day you were born. Before that, even. Nothing you do today could possibly make you better than you are right now.
And your desires? Well you deserve them. Every last one of them. Not because you need them, but because you desire them. Desiring something is reason enough for you to have it. And being you, as you are, right here, right now, is enough to claim your infinite worth, your infinite good, and your infinite deserving of every desire you could ever possibly imagine.
Do you believe it?
God, Source Energy, believes it.
And I believe it, too.
But you don’t need me to believe it.
And you don’t ever need to convince anyone else of just how infinitely good, and worthy, and deserving you are.
The only one that needs to be convinced of that is you.

It is safe to claim Your Power. You, We, are God experiencing Itself as physical beings. And God, Source Energy, is Love. And Love is the only real Power in the Universe.
And yet most of Us have been taught to fear owning Our Power. That being Powerful is dangerous and leads to corruption. That claiming Our Power as God is arrogant and wrong. But the type of energy that leads to corruption and arrogance is not Power. The type of energy that lords itself over others is not Power. It is fear and insecurity masquerading as Power.
Real Power is nothing to be feared. Real Power harms no one. And owning Your Power is nothing to be ashamed of. It is Your birthright. It is normal. And it is the most natural thing in the world. Babies Know their Power. Kittens and puppies Know their Power. It is natural for You to Know Your Power. It is natural for You to feel good about Yourself. It is natural for You to experience anything you desire in life. It is natural for You to create Your physical experiences from the perspective of confidence and absolute certainty, rather than fear and insecurity.
So give Yourself permission to step into Your true Power. Give Yourself permission to be Your Natural Self. Allow things to be easier for You. Allow things to be more fun for You. Allow Yourself to have everything You desire in this life. Because You can, if You choose to do so. And actually, You’re the only one with the Power to make that choice…whether you acknowledge that Power, or not.
