Three Things You Don’t Want Anyone to Know — But They’re More Common Than You Think:

  1. You’ve had revengeful thoughts.
    Not because you’re cruel — but because part of you wanted power back. That’s not wrong. You just don’t want to keep circling it until it pulls you back down.

  2. Your thinking is sometimes sloppy.
    You catch yourself repeating the same story, but you don’t yet know how to find a better-feeling thought. That’s a skill — and it can be learned.

  3. You want to feel better — but not by faking it.
    You want real relief, not forced positivity. That’s why our workouts guide you step by step, teaching you how to move upward on the emotional scale — by reading, repeating, and feeling your way forward.

Did any part of the sequence feel relieving, or simply less heavy?

There’s no need to analyze or answer everything.
Noticing is enough.
